● Change of address fee:
40 yuan/time (if the recipient requests to change the delivery address after the package arrives at the destination, the address change fee will also be borne by the sender, and the specific Wanyun International Logistics will be based on the FedEx bill);
● Extra long range delivery fee:
Each ticket is RMB70* (1+fuel of the current month) or RMB3.5/KG*(1+fuel of the current month) (whichever is higher)
● Declared value surcharge:
Items whose declared value exceeds 830 yuan will be collected, and the levy amount will be 3.5 yuan, with an additional 3.5 yuan for each additional 830 yuan.
● Other surcharges:
Tariff related: Imports from destination countries may generate tariffs
The customs duties in the destination country are subject to the specific customs clearance costs;
The customs duties and customs clearance fees incurred at the destination are generally paid by the recipient. If the customs duties and customs clearance fees have been incurred and the recipient refuses to pay within the processing time set by FedEx, this fee will be forced to be paid by the sender. Our company will charge the sender relevant fees according to the mail notification of FedEx customer service, and can provide relevant bills according to the sender's request before the end of the following month;

Insurance and claims: provide insurance services
●Package with insurance:
Insurance charges and compensation are implemented in accordance with the insurance company's "insurance service" introduction clause.
●Packages not insured:
Claims for damage, delay, or loss of part of the consignment shipment shall be filed within 3 working days from the delivery of the consignment;
Return related: provide return service
● The package is forcibly returned by Fedex or China Customs without leaving China:
1. The package has not passed customs inspection or the customs considers that the contents of the package are not suitable for export;
2. The package has passed the airport security check, and the package contains items that are prohibited or restricted from being shipped by aviation, and the sender cannot provide relevant supporting documents;
If the above reasons are returned, the customer can check the reason for the return through the official FedEx customer service phone; for some of the prohibited items shipped by the customer, our company will deal with the actual situation accordingly.
● The package has left China and was forcibly returned due to the following reasons:
1. Due to the contents of the package, it failed to pass the inspection of the customs of the destination country or was forced to return by the local customs;
2. The parcel was forcibly returned by local FedEx or customs because the recipient or sender failed to assist in handling the package within the federally prescribed time;
3. Others are forcibly returned by local FedEx or customs due to the parcel or the recipient;
If the package is returned in the above circumstances, FedEx will not refund the shipping fee, and will charge the corresponding return fee according to the shipping method used at the time of return. The final cost of the returned package is subject to the federal bill.
● Other instructions for returning to China
Packages returned to China may be subject to import duties and value-added tax. If the amount of duties and value-added tax are less than RMB 20,000, China FedEx will advance the package in advance, and then collect cash or cheque from the customer when the package is delivered.

● Items that may endanger aviation safety:
1. Explosive products: fireworks, firecrackers, munitions, ammunition, flares, warning flares, etc.;
2. Compressed gas: butane gas lighter fuel, diving oxygen cylinder, camping steam lamp, butane gas, fire extinguisher, etc.;
3. Flammable liquids: lighters, lighter liquid fuels, paint oils, glues, flammable perfumes, etc.;
4. Flammable objects: matches, charcoal, etc.;
5. Oxidizing substances: chemical agents, peroxides, bleaching powder, etc. required for oxygen generating tanks;
6. Toxic substances, radioactive substances, infectious substances: pesticides, pesticides, agricultural chemicals, mercury preparations, bacteria, etc.;
7. Corrosive substances: wet batteries, mercury, hydrochloric acid, etc.;

1. Shipments containing lithium batteries must follow the following specific packaging specifications:
The battery is individually packaged;
The battery must be shielded to prevent short circuit;
The battery is completely enclosed;
It must be placed in a strong outer packaging before transportation;
Ensure the accuracy of labels and accompanying documents;
The packaging must comply with each of the requirements in Part 3, Section 38.3 of the "United Nations Test Standards Manual". In addition, like lithium batteries, lithium ion and lithium metal also belong to the category of dangerous goods. The “Dangerous Goods Shipper’s Declaration” should be correctly identified, classified, packaged, marked and labelled when consigning.
2. It must be completed and signed by a trained shipper.
3. FedEx will not accept any consignments of electronic products containing recalled or defective lithium batteries, such as laptop computers.
