On the other hand, the blockage of Suez Canal has further increased the demand for air cargo for oversized cargo. Affected by the above reasons, the volume of overweight goods (non-pipelined goods) originating from the United States and destined for the United States has increased unprecedentedly, resulting in the long-term overload operation of DHL express network hub in the United States. In order to reduce the impact on service quality, DHL will take temporary weight limiting measures to ensure customer service experience.

From May 28, 2021 (this Friday), the actual weight of each piece of goods imported and exported to the United States is limited to 30 kg (including 30 kg).
Please know the following important tips:
¡ñ This is the limit of single piece weight, not single ticket weight.
Example: It is acceptable that a 150 kg express ticket consists of 6 pieces of 25 kg/box.
¡ñ Shipments whose origin or destination is not in the United States, or transits through the United States, can be sent normally and are not affected by temporary weight limitation.
